Your guide to online Zoom lessons

Prior to your lesson with our Major Player teachers, you will receive an email that will have the details attached of what time your lesson will begin and the link to connect to the session. If the email asks to ‘Accept’ a calendar appointment please do so as this will remind you closer to the time. Keep the email as this will be used to enter the video session via a unique link.

For those using  a desktop/laptop: In the time approaching your lesson (10 – 15 minutes prior to it beginning), press the link attached in the email. This will redirect to a download page where the program “Zoom” will be automatically downloaded via your browser. Open the downloaded file and this will install the program on your desktop/laptop. Once this installation is complete, “Zoom” will open into a waiting room where you must stay waiting until the teacher is ready and has begun the lesson.

From there, you will have the ability to communicate via audio and camera with your teacher. NOTE: The lesson will finish at the official time of your lesson completion

For those using Android/iOS Device: In the time approaching your lesson (10 – 15 minutes prior to it beginning), access the App Store/Google Play and install “Zoom Cloud Meetings”. From there, you will have the ability to communicate via audio and camera with your teacher. NOTE: The lesson will finish at the official time of your lesson completion
